El viernes pasado impartí una sesión con un gran equipo de profesionales de RR.HH. de una organización del tercer sector. La sesión fue especialmente productiva e interesante. Aprovecho para dar las gracias a todos los participantes por hacerlo tan fácil y contribuir a los debates de forma tan generosa. Justamente esto lo que hizo la sesión excelente: la actitud de los participantes. Vi diferentes comportamientos en el grupo que mostraban una gran madurez: capacidad para admitir que no se sabe algo, ganas de explorar nuevas formas, dar prioridad al aprendizaje, mostrar confianza en el que te enseña, esforzarte por comprender…
Disfruté especialmente por haber construido juntos una sesión con un nivel de profundidad extraordinario.
Last Friday I conducted a session with a great team of HR professionals of an organisation in the third sector. The session was especially productive and interesting. I take the opportunity to thank all participants for making it so easy and for contributing in the debates so generously.
