PDD EADA Habilidades de Coaching – Coaching Skills

El viernes y el sábado he estado en Collbató impartiendo el módulo «Habilidades de Coaching» del PDD (Programa de Desarrollo Directivo) de EADA. Ante todo muchas gracias a los participantes por vuestra extraordinaria actitud. Han sido dos días muy provechosos y he disfrutado mucho con vosotros. Llevo varios años participando en este programa y realmente es un programa que me gusta mucho. Tiene una peculiaridad que no tiene otro programa que yo conozca y es que consiste de 8 módulos y puedes comenzar en cualquier momento. Esto hace que haya habido algún participante que empezó este sábado, para otro era el quinto módulo y para otro el último. Por ello el grupo va cambiando (se crea, se consolida y se disuelve) como ocurre en los equipos naturales. Un miembro del equipo se va y otro se incorpora. Interesantes las dinámicas que entonces se generan: conocer e integrar a un nuevo miembro, despedir y echar en falta a otros que abandonan, ir consolidándote según avanza el programa, etc. El grupo permanece siempre vivo y mantiene un ambiente dinámico. Además del contenido de los diferentes módulos, esto es un elemento de aprendizaje añadido…

Last Friday and Saturday I was in Collbató delivering the module “Coaching skills” within EADA’s PDD programme (Executive Development Programme). First of all, many thanks to the participants for your extraordinary attitude. It’s been two very useful days and I have enjoyed very much working with you. I have participated in this programme for some years now and in fact it is a programme I like very much. No other programme that I know of has the peculiarity of consisting of 8 modules that you can join any time. This led to the fact that there was a participant who started the programme last Saturday, for another it was the 5th module and for another it was the last one. Therefore the group is changing constantly (it is build, consolidated, dissolved) as it happens in natural teams. One team member leaves and another joins. Interesting dynamics come up then: get to know and integrate a new team member, say goodbye and miss the ones that leave, get consolidated in the team as the programme progresses, etc. The group is always alive and maintains a dynamic nature. Apart from the content of the different modules, this is an additional learning point …
