Intercultural problems in teams – Problemas interculturales en equipos
Desde el lunes he estado impartiendo formación sobre Equipos en EADA (Collbató): lunes y martes a 17 estudiantes del Master Internacional de Finanzas y el miércoles y el jueves a otros 17 estudiantes del Master Internacional de Marketing.
Entre otras cosas vimos algunas formas de evitar problemas de comunicación interculturales en equipos.
- Crea una «identidad de equipo» o cultura que cree cohesión de grupo
- Establece y aclara los roles de cada miembro del equipo
- Comprende los diferentes estilos de comunicación y adáptate
- Comprende las causas de los conflictos emocionales
- Establece normas y reglas de funcionamiento

Since Monday I have been giving training on Teams at EADA (Collbató): Monday and Tuesday to 17 students of the International Master in Finance and Wednesday and Thursday to another 17 students of the International Master in Marketing.
Among other things we have seen some ways to avoid intercultural communication problems in teams.
- Create a “team identity” or culture that will create group cohesion
- Establish and clarify roles of each team member
- Understand the different styles of communication and adapt
- Understand causes of emotional conflicts
- Establish functioning norms and rules
