¡Menudo inicio de año! He tenido una primera semana de trabajo muy intensa de unas 70 horas. Entre otras cosas, he estado impartiendo formación durante 3 días en un nuevo proyecto. Doy las gracias a todos los participantes por su actitud abierta. Ha sido muy gratificante trabajar con vosotros.

Entre otros temas, he hablado sobre la capacidad de influencia:

1. atender (rapport, observación, escucha)

2. entender (escucha, preguntas efectivas)

3. influir (preguntas efectivas, asertividad)

O como dice Stephen Covey «busca primero entender, para luego ser entendido».

What a start of the year! I have had a very intense 70-hour work week. Among other things, I have been conducting training during 3 days in a new project. I thank all the participants for their open attitude. It has been very gratifying to work with you.

Among other topics, I have been talking about the capacity to influence:

1. attend to (rapport, observation, listening)

2. understand (listening, effective questions)

3. influence (effective questions, assertiveness).

Or as Stephen Covey says «seek first to understand, then to be understood».
