Hoy he terminado la asignatura «Habilidades de Coaching para Líderes» en el Master Internacional de Management de EADA. Me ha encantado dar clase a 19 jóvenes inteligentes, con perfil internacional y con buena formación. Espero que las técnicas de coaching les ayude a ser mejores líderes en el futuro. He querido transmitirles durante las clases que la conducta que genera más credibilidad e inspira más confianza es actuar por el bien de los demás.

Today I have finished the subject «Coaching Skills for Leaders» at the International Master of Management in EADA. I have enjoyed very much giving class to 19 young and intelligent students, with an international profile and well qualified. I hope that the coaching techniques will help them to be better leaders in the future. I wanted to transmit during these classes that the behavior that best creates credibility and inspires trust is acting in the best interest of others.
