Global MBA Centrum EADA (Colombia)
Ayer impartí una sesión de formación muy gratificante sobre el Líder-Coach. Estuve trabajando con un grupo de 24 profesionales de Colombia (23 colombianos y 1 venezolana) en el Global MBA Centrum en EADA. Se mostraron abiertos, interesados, agradecidos, humildes, implicados, participativos… Una de esas sesiones en las que disfrutas extraordinariamente. Desde aquí les doy las gracias a todos los participantes por su actitud y a Meritxell y Ana por invitarme.
Al final de la sesión les invitaba a poner en práctica lo aprendido y estar preparados para cambiar sus propios comportamientos antes de intentar ayudar a otros a realizar cambios. Ya lo decía Albert Einstein: «dar ejemplo no es la principal manera de influir sobre los demás; es la única manera». 
Yesterday I delivered a very rewarding training session on Leader-Coach. I worked with a group of 24 professionals from Colombia (23 Colombians and 1 Venezuelan) in the Global MBA Centrum at EADA. They were open, interested, grateful, humble, involved, participative… One of those sessions that you enjoy extraordinarily. I would like to thank all participants for their attitude and Meritxell and Ana for inviting me.
At the end of the session I invited them to put into practice what they had learned and to be prepared to change their own behaviors before trying to help others to make changes. As Albert Einstein said: «setting an example is not the main means of influencing others; it is the only means».
