Feedback efectivo – Effective feedback
Hoy he realizado dos sesiones de feedback, una en Alicante y otra en Valencia. Mis dos clientes han recibido mi feedback abiertamente, pues han visto la utilidad del mismo.
El feedback efectivo es siempre para ayudar a la otra persona. Es un regalo. No des nunca feedback porque quieres «quitarte un peso de encima» y evita juzgar el comportamiento utilizando palabras como «bien» o «mal». El que recibe el feedback valorará él mismo el impacto de su propio comportamiento/actuación. Juzgar muchas veces hace disminuir la predisposición de la persona para escuchar tu feedback.

Today I have delivered two feedback sessions, one in Alicante and another in Valencia. My two clients have received my feedback openly, since they have seen its utility.
Effective feedback is always meant to help the other person. It is a gift. Don’t ever give feedback because you want to «get something off of your chest» and avoid to judge the behaviour using words such as «good» or «bad». The receiver decides the value of the impact of their behavior for themselves. Judging often decreases the receiver’s willingness to listen to your feedback.
