¡De vuelta al trabajo! – Back to work!

Hoy me he reincorporado al trabajo después de unas fantásticas vacaciones. Me propongo mantener el espíritu de las vacaciones de verano durante mucho tiempo.

• Reiniciaré mi actividad progresivamente
• Trataré de mantener alguna de las actividades que he hecho en el verano (leer, hacer deporte, desconectar del móvil…)
• Intentaré estar más tiempo con mi familia y tener más tiempo de ocio
• Cuidaré la alimentación
• Haré más ejercicio físico
• Mantendré una actitud positiva

Espero que tengas, o hayas tenido, una feliz vuelta al trabajo.

Today I returned to work after a great holiday. I intend to keep the spirit of the summer vacation for a long time.

• I will restart my activity progressively
• I will try to keep doing some of the activities I’ve done in the summer (reading, sports, disconnect from the phone …)
• I will try to spend more time with my family and have more leisure time
• I will take care of my food
• I will exercise more
• I will maintain a positive attitude
