Coaching de equipo en Suiza – Team Coaching in Switzerland

Esta tarde he llegado a Ginebra (Suiza). Mañana tengo una sesión de coaching de equipo. Veremos cómo están las 9 C’s del equipo: objetivos Comunes, objetivos Compartidos, Capacidades, Complementariedad, Confianza, Cultura compartida, Colaboración, Comunicación y Coordinación.

I have arrived in Geneva (Switzerland) this afternoon. Tomorrow I have a team coaching session. We’ll see how these 9 team ingredients are: common objectives, shared objectives, capacities, complementarity,  trust, shared culture, collaboration, communication and coordination.
