Formación en Madrid – Training in Madrid

Hola a todos desde el AVE de vuelta a Barcelona. Llevo desde el lunes en Madrid impartiendo un módulo de formación a un grupo de profesionales del sector automoción. Como siempre muy agradecido por la actitud de los participantes y por hacer la experiencia muy enriquecedora. También muchas gracias a Cristina.

Uno de los conceptos que trabajamos fue el diagnóstico de tu equipo en base a estos criterios:

• Saben (tienen el conocimiento)

• Son capaces (tienen la habilidad)

• Quieren (tienen la actitud)

• Cómo afecta el entorno (tienen herramientas y recursos)

Hi everybody from the high-speed train AVE back to Barcelona. I have been in Madrid since Monday delivering a training to a group of professionals of the automotive sector. As usual I am very grateful to the participants for their attitude and for making it an enriching experience. Also many thanks to Cristina.

One of the concepts we worked on was the diagnose of your team following these criteria:

• Do they have the knowledge?

• Do they have the skills?

• Do they have the right attitude?

 • How are they affected by the environment? (tools and resources)
